Lessons from "India at the Olympics 2012"

It is nice to see above Indians made the country proud bringing Olympics medal from 2012 event.

It was a common belief that India cannot expect to win more medals when the country has a poor Human Development Index (HDI) and low Per Capita Income.”  At the World scenario, competing in the Olympics is a big achievement. Straight away you can't win a gold medal, you have to go step by step,"  expressed by our sports minister.  He also mentioned "This is India's best Olympics so far we have ever had. We have improved on all counts, By 2020 we can get 25 medals, and this is a achievable target. Out of it, it can be 5 or 10 golds. “  [Source ]

In spite of all these excuses and beliefs our winners made Indians happy through hard work and honest efforts.

Congratulations to all the Winners!
