Equal Opportunity

Opportunities are for every one. All this seems very soothing to the ears and very fair too. However what is the truth on the ground, in reality especially in work place? On paper yes, all are equal and no one is given advantage over others. If the individuals take their hobby into profession (vice versa), yes they can see the capabilities & opportunities in them.

Man is imperfect in many ways, so he often stumbles in life. Misfortune try him, as FIRE tries GOLD. Failures appear to be unplesant, but in reality, they are very helpful in many other ways. They are the best teachers. Each time we fail, we learn some lessons. (like installing new operating systems / software in a new/old computer or facing interview for new job or existing job etc., :) We come to know the reason of our failure. In the next attempt we guard ourselves against the same 'old' mistakes. The experience we gain each time makes our path of success smooth and easy, and most importantly it makes us very strong and wise. If we give up trying as soon as we meet with failure, we remain defeated in life, even though we might have the necessary power to reach the goal. If a man armed with the experience of failuures picks up courage and goes on doing a thing, success will be his. Others will join hands to support him directly or indirectly. One should not feel ashamed of failure in any attempt. After all SUCCESS is nothing but HONEST attempt through HARDWORK. Success does not guarantee happiness, but happiness brings success for sure.

One of the best example is Indian's struggle for Freedom till Aug 15, 1947. The person to be remembered is non other than the one, who's presence is seen in every currency note of India. When you handle money in India, you should remember our struggle for this priceless freedom! and unity.

Let us not forget we were slaves and pain we gone through. Let us not make any one slave for quick and immediate benefits.. let us give equal opportunity, train and liberate others to grow.

Down to earth!

Couple of days back while on a routine motor bike ride, I skid on the road to avoid colliding with other vehicle. Except some muscle pain, I was saved with out much disaster (it could be my NEXT LIFE again).. thanks to almighty.. It is a lesson for life.. Down to earth experience, lifted by exactly twice the number of people on street .. one of them even try to 'remove (steal) my mobile' I really don't understand how such an act will 'REALLY' help that person in life? I was shocked but some how with my consciousness through 'eye contact' I could convey the message that it is not a 'GOOD IDEA' for which he responded immediately. My personal experience is that even on this situation, one should not GIVE UP!. It took almost 20 minutes to fully recover from the shock, to be on the motor bike, and to reach hospital for emergency / preventive medication... through out this period, I thanked the god for showing the 'real life situation with out much loss or PAIN'.. so that I could communicate this message to my fellow netizens!

Lesson 1: You may be a Great Personality (according to you and your EGO).. it does not matter .. one day you might be on the ROAD (down to earth) !

Lesson 2: Finally what matters is how helpful you are.. that will repay by saving your LIFE in difficult situation.

Lesson 3: Never Loose HOPE! 'SOMEONE' can come and lift you with 'his' OWN hands! If you strongly believe in 'HIM'.

Lesson 4: Always remember that it could be 'Worse' and this moment too shall PASS!

Lesson 5: Take life as it comes and continue to enjoy every moment of your life..

Next day, with the help of some anti-inflammatory drugs a prescribed, I could perform my duty as per the earlier commitment.. THANK GOD!

This moment also will PASS!

Today while working very seriously on some very important and also urgent task "I got a visitor"! whom I never met. What was a casual enquiry from him, turned into a very useful and fantastic discussion. After exchanging few thoughts and professional backgrounds, the discussion turned into exchange of one important incident re-collected by the visitor. I thought it is worth sharing that is how "This moment also will PASS" is born. Of course the same phrase just by 'chance' I found in one of the google search. ("Nostalgia: Experiencing the Elusive").

There was a king who wanted to know the "Best mantra" to overcome "even the most difficult situation". He called for a meeting of the "best pandits" of the world. After deep thought processes, among all just one pandit handed over a small piece of paper in folded condition. When the curious king was about to open, the pandit cautioned the king, "Oh Dear King, You can see the mantra only when you are in the most difficult situation, which is beyond your capacity to overcome!". The king agreed and kept that small piece of paper hidden in his ring. Time passed, the king almost forgot about the incident. There were several wars which he conquered, however he lost in one of the wars and was left alone wandering in jungles for several years.. and in the depressing journey he even reached the edge of a mountain, with no other option, except ending his life, all of a sudden he remembered the hidden message in the ring, and curiously he opened the piece of paper which was kept in the ring for several decades. He cheered with laugh and the message is nothing but the title of this post.

The rest is history, he could win against his rebels... the story goes on..

What is the moral of this story.. "Never Give Up", "This time also will pass!" you can rise again like a shiny SUN with breeze to enlighten the world ! There is still a Tomorrow awaiting with HOPE!

I really thank my visitor from the bottom of my heart, and with in couple of hours I could finish all the tasks which were long over due (ofcourse I was feeling guilty for delaying), now I cleared my mind with fresh thoughts with new enthusiasm. Hope this post will inspire some one in my situation.. and remember the phrase when you are in The Most Difficult situation.. "THIS TIME ALSO WILL PASS"..

Have a nice day!
